Access to the named plan capabilities and routine email and phone support seven days a week, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern.

02

One-time build

One storefront, one approved design direction, one substantive revision round, agreed architecture, scoped migration, and a supplied redirect map.

04

Custom or quoted

Non-standard integrations, additional storefronts, expanded migration or content work, bespoke automation, and work outside the signed scope.

Standard integration options currently include The Edge for Jewelers, Crystal POS, Lightspeed, Square, and Shopify POS. Other systems begin with technical review and may add time, vendor coordination, and fees.

MDJ

MDJ retail-client benefit

Active MDJ retail clients, and retail jewelers introduced by JewelersDigital and approved by MDJ, receive a $1,000 Storefront or Connected build price after we receive a valid MDJ client ID. MDJ review typically takes 24–48 hours. Vendors and suppliers are not eligible.

Additional work and third-party costs

Custom design or development

Open-ended design, development, automation, and content work outside the signed build scope.

Non-standard integration

Alternative or proprietary systems begin with technical review and may require vendor coordination.

Quoted in writing

Direct third-party costs

Shopify, domain, payment-processing, tax, and customer-selected app or service charges are paid separately.

Paid to provider

Published prices cover the listed JewelersDigital plan and standard build scope. Shopify, domains, payment processing, taxes, paid apps, custom integrations, expanded migration or content work, and other third-party services may be additional. Final scope and timing are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Ownership and offboarding

What remains and what ends.

The storefront and the connected service are different layers. The customer-controlled Shopify assets remain; JewelersDigital services stop when the service term ends.

Remains with the customer

  • Customer-controlled Shopify account and domain
  • Theme, products, customer records, and order history
  • Exportable data available through the customer’s accounts

Third-party themes, apps, media, and other licensed assets remain subject to their own license terms.

Ends with JewelersDigital service

  • JewelersDigital platform access and support
  • Supplier feeds, Ring Builder, routing, Briefing Cards, and connected automations
  • Ongoing monitoring, updates, and content workflows

Additional migration, export, or handoff work beyond the standard offboarding path is scoped separately.

Pricing, scope, and ownership questions

What does the one-time build fee cover?

The standard build covers one storefront, one approved design direction, one substantive revision round, agreed product and collection architecture, a migration set recorded before kickoff, and a redirect map for known supplied URLs. The signed scope separately identifies any supported standard integration. Expanded migration, manual remediation, photography, net-new content, additional revisions, and custom functionality are quoted separately.

Which costs are paid separately?

Customers pay Shopify, domain registration, payment-processing charges, applicable taxes, and customer-selected paid apps or third-party services directly unless the signed order form states otherwise. Custom work, non-standard integrations, and additional storefront scope are quoted separately.

What support is included?

Routine platform support is available by email and phone seven days a week, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern. New features, redesigns, large content projects, unsupported-vendor remediation, and work outside the signed scope are quoted separately.

What happens to my storefront if I cancel?

Customer-controlled Shopify assets remain with the customer, including the Shopify account, domain, theme, products, customers, and orders, subject to applicable third-party license terms. JewelersDigital platform access, supplier feeds, Ring Builder, routing, automations, and support end with service. Additional migration or handoff work can be scoped separately.

What are the monthly and annual billing terms?

Monthly service renews monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. Annual service is a twelve-month commitment priced at ten months of the monthly rate. The one-time build fee is billed separately. Upgrade, downgrade, credit, and refund treatment is recorded in the signed order form.

How does the MDJ retail-client benefit work?

Active MDJ retail clients, and retail jewelers introduced by JewelersDigital and approved by MDJ, receive a $1,000 Storefront or Connected build price after JewelersDigital receives a valid MDJ client ID. MDJ review typically takes 24–48 hours. The benefit is not available to vendors or suppliers.
