What happens to my website if I cancel?
You keep it. The storefront is a Shopify store in your name, on your own Shopify plan, with your payment gateway. Cancel JewelersDigital and you keep the theme, the products, the customer list, the order history, and the domain. What you lose is the connected layer — the supplier feeds, the ring builder, the routing, and us. That’s the trade, and it’s the honest one.
Is there a contract?
Monthly plans are month to month — cancel with 30 days’ notice. Annual plans carry a twelve-month term and save two months; the one-time build fee is billed separately. We don’t do multi-year lock-ins.
Does this include my Shopify subscription?
No, and deliberately so. You pay Shopify directly, on your own account, at their published rate. We never mark it up or resell it — because if it ran through us, your store wouldn’t really be yours.
Do you take a percentage of sales?
No. JewelersDigital charges only the published platform, build, and explicitly listed exception prices on this page. Your sales are your sales.
What if we’re a small store and $250 is a stretch?
Then start on Storefront at $100/mo and move to Connected when the connected layer is paying for itself. We’d rather have you live and growing on the right plan than talked into something you resent by month four. Say that on the walkthrough — we’ll tell you honestly what we’d do in your position.
Are these prices final?
Yes. Every plan’s monthly rate, annual rate, and one-time build fee are published above. The three exceptions are listed separately, and any non-standard POS work is priced before you sign.
