Featured insight The 11pm jewelry shopper Read now

Designed at 11pm. Decided at your counter.

The Ring Builder is the front half of the click-to-counter journey. A customer designs their ring on your website — in real 3D, against real inventory, at your prices — then walks into your store already committed, with a brief in hand and an appointment on your calendar.

Four steps from a phone screen to a handshake.

Every step is designed to move the customer closer to your door — and to hand your team more information than a walk-in has ever arrived with.

01

They design it on your site.

Stone, shape, metal, band — rendered in true 3D they can spin, not a flat swatch. Under your brand, at your prices, at whatever hour they’re actually shopping.

02

They leave with a Ring Brief.

Not a browser tab they’ll lose. A designed, branded brief of their ring — printed or on their phone — that makes them feel like a client before they’ve spent a dollar.

03

They book the appointment.

The design, budget range, and preferences come attached. Your team preps the case before they park the car.

04

You close it in person.

The conversation opens at “here’s your ring,” not “what are you looking for?” Live routing means the stone options are in hand for the visit.

The most valuable piece of paper in the store.

The online giants can send a confirmation email. They can’t hand somebody a document with your store’s name on it that makes them feel taken seriously. This is the physical bridge between the internet and your counter — and nobody else in the industry is building it.

  • Their design, rendered properly — the exact configuration they built, presented like a piece of jewelry rather than a receipt.
  • The stone’s story — cut, character, and what makes it worth what it costs, written in language a buyer actually understands.
  • What to ask at the counter — questions that make them feel prepared and make your salesperson look brilliant.
  • Your brand, not ours — your name, your logo, your store. We never put ourselves in front of your customer.

The same engine trains your floor.

Briefing Cards built from your real product data let any salesperson — including one hired last month — speak about a piece like they’ve known it for years.

That builder at the top is the real engine.

Not a video, not a mockup — scroll back up and spin it, change the metal, swap the center stone. It is exactly what sits on your storefront, running the same renderer, connected to your inventory instead of our demo data.

True 3D, not a photo carousel

Ray-traced center stones, real metal shading, interchangeable basket heads. It looks like jewelry because it’s modeled like jewelry.

Checked against live inventory

Configurations resolve against connected supplier and in-house stones with your pricing policy applied — no designing something you can’t source.

Routed to the right partner

When a request needs a supplier, it goes to the supplier — with the specs attached, without anyone rekeying a thing.

The research shopper is the sale. Most jewelers just never meet them.

Four in five engagement-ring buyers research online before they enter a store. Two in three still buy in person. The gap between those numbers is the entire opportunity — and the Ring Builder is how you claim it.

Your competition isn’t the jeweler across town. It’s the tab open next to yours.

What jewelers ask us first.

Doesn’t this just push people to buy online instead of coming in?

It does the opposite, deliberately. The Ring Builder’s conversion goal is an appointment, not a checkout. We designed it that way because the data says to: buyers overwhelmingly want to see the stone in person before committing. Your advantage is the counter — the builder’s only job is to make sure they bring their research to yours instead of somebody else’s.

What if I don’t carry much loose diamond inventory?

Most independents don’t, and that’s the point. The builder resolves against connected supplier inventory, so you can present a deep selection of stones you don’t own and don’t pay for until one sells. Expand what you can say yes to without expanding what you have to carry.

Will customers see wholesale pricing?

Never. Retailer-facing pricing is calculated through your own markup policy, and the underlying supplier cost, source identifiers, and margin data are stripped from anything a customer or a public feed can reach.

How long does it take to get live?

The builder goes live with your storefront build — typically three to four weeks for most stores. If you already have a Shopify store we like, it can be added to what you have without a rebuild.

Can I see which sales it actually produced?

Yes — that’s the point of click-to-counter attribution. You’ll see which designs became appointments and which appointments became revenue, so the website stops being a line item you take on faith.

Put the Ring Builder on your storefront. We’ll put your name on it.
